Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • We reserve the right to delay processing in cases of high order volume, verification checks, or unforeseen circumstances.


2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days (Singapore)
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.


3. Delivery Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
  • We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.


4. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Recipient unavailable
    • Refusal to accept the parcel
  • Additional re-delivery charges may apply.
  • After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.


5. Returned Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery:
    • Re-delivery will require additional shipping fees, or
    • Refunds (if approved) will be less original shipping and handling costs
  • Parcels unclaimed for more than 14 days may be forfeited without refund


6. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk of loss and ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon dispatch.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels after shipment unless required by law.


7. Tracking

  • Tracking details will be provided where available.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery status.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


9. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Additional charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.


10. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or abuse.
